Submission Guidelines:

  1. Submit a completed Call for Programs form (simply copy and paste the form below into your computer) to Robin Finelli no later than February 28, 2010.   **Please e-mail your proposal to Robin or mail the form to:

2. 75 minutes concurrent sessions will be offered during the morning and afternoon of the conference. At least four workshops will be offered during each session. Potential presenters should indicate whether they want to present for one of both sessions.

3. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Workshop titles and descriptions should be brief, accurately describing the workshop as it will be presented.  Please include biographical information as well. This information will be used to prepare the Conference Program and may be edited.

5. Presenters are responsible for supplying and/or duplicating their handouts.  Approximate numbers of workshop attendees will be given to the presenters a minimum of one week before the conference.

6. Presenters will be notified of acceptance after the April MCDA Conference Committee meeting.

7. Conference presenters will be given the choice of free registration to the conference or a stipend of $50.00
